Gas Quality Calorimeter RGQ3 & RGQ5

The RGQ5 is a low CAPEX gas analyzer designed for continuous measurement of combustible gases. The device displays the properties (HS, HI, WIS, WlI, ρ, Z, s-AFR, MZ, CO2, H2 Vol%) of the gas compositions every second. Gas flows at a low flow rate (50 ml/min) through a ¼" NPT connections into the RGQ5. A 4-20 mA analog signal and a Modbus RTU interface are available as output signals.

The RGQ5 uses patented gas viscometer technology in combination with other MEMS sensors. The analyzer was specially developed for biomethane injection, hydrogen admixture, combustion control, gas network monitoring and other stationary applications.

RGQ3

Mobile device


The RGQ3 is intended for mobile use. The RGQ3 can be connected on any gas source with a pressure under 5 bar. The mobile device will automatically regulate the pressure and flow rates so the RGQ3 can provide an accurate reading quickly.


Output is provided over Bluetooth to your mobile devices using iOS or Android as operating system. Once a device is connected to the internet, data for saved sessions can be uploaded in a cloud server for later access.

RGQ5

Stationary device


The RGQ5 is our stationary device. Communication is by Modbus or 4-20mA signal. This is ideal for communication with PLC's so burners or gas driven engines can get 


The RGQ5 can be delivered for ATEX environments. Optionally we can deliver the RGQ5 mounted on a backplate with a suitable pressure regulator, flow control, Safety Relief Valve and bypass.
